If you ordered a custom configured desktop, it normally takes 2-3 weeks for your item to ship. Then, you will receive regular updates from the courier until it arrives. As soon as your order is submitted, we constantly keep you updated on the status of your order. Everything from when your order finishes processing, to when the build is completed, to when the item ships.
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please let us know in the customer service support contact form immediately. We are normally able to work with you to find a solution.
Once your refund has been confirmed, payment processors normally show your refund within 14 days.
